This site will be an evolving project for me to explore some basic front-end development, write about cool things that interest me and pretend it’s 2005 and personal sites and blogs are in their peak again! I work as a software developer and love the outdoors, hiking, fitness, and everything nostalgic.

In all honesty, I have no idea how it will turn out but I’m excited to get started. With everything so centralized into social media and forums like Reddit and Discord nowadays, I want to capture some of the magic from the “good old days” of having a site that’s just mine. With that said, I will be using Bluesky to connect, share, and learn.

Some things I hope to do with the site:

• Write about hiking trails in and around the city, share some photos and maps 🥾
• Talk about music, movies, TV, and tech 🎶
• Learn a bit more about Astro, React and JSX 💻
